Zuu Fitness Classes St Kilda Overview
Our Zuu fitness classes are Led by our ZUU master Dara Blake who is a registered affiliate and is highly regarded in the ZUU jungle. Zuu includes high-intensity Interval style training (HIIT) using primal movement patterns catered for all levels of fitness and abilities. These are motivational, high energy classes with an inclusive culture. Proven benefits of fat loss, strength gains, cardio and increased mobility.
