MMA Muay Thai Overview
South Side Fitness MMA Muay Thai is structured a little different than most gyms as there is heavy importance on education rather than Fight Training (we do cater to this also). Our classes are suitable for all ages and nearly all classes have males and females training. MMA Muay Thai is a complex and Full Body conditioning Fight Sport that tests the fitness of the best of us, In this class you will be taught Full MMA Muay Thai techniques, Fight Strategy, Fitness Conditioning and Partner Cooperation. Techniques include kicking, punching, knees, elbows and clinching. This class is great for fitness, mobility, building self confidence and ensuring your own self-defence. Our classes are suitable for all levels, from never trained before to advanced. and our No Ego approach means that everyone training leaves like a champion!
